VEC offers several People's United Bank Locations throughout our service territory where members can drop off electric payments. This is strictly a drop off service as the bank tellers do not process the payments. At the end of each business day the tellers empty the boxes and the contents are sent interoffice to the Chittenden’s processing center in Brattleboro.
